Our Classes

Start your journey with our Sculpt, Strength & Stability, or Dance Fitness cardio classes - no choreography required. DiscoStudio is for all fitness levels- two left feet be damned. If you’re looking for nice people dancing to good music, this is the place. 
 

Classes are lead by our instructor and founder Jess who is a certified group fitness instructor, recognised by EMD UK (National Governing body for Group Exercise) based in Lurgan, NI.

 

Dumbbell

Dance & Sculpt

Dance & Sculpt is a dynamic group fitness class designed to blend the energising elements of dance with targeted muscle sculpting exercises, through weighted and body weight exercises using a set of free 5kg weights, resistance & booty bands. 

Dance & Sculpt led classes focus in on toning, building strength, mobility and flexibility. Ideal if you are a beginner & want to incorporate weights into your workout whilst keeping the dance element.

Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is our OG, fun cardio fitness based full body workout to a playlist that consists of tracks from the noughties, R&B and NEW currently dropped tracks. 

 

You don’t have to be a dancer to look like one - our classes are two left feet friendly.

Dance Fitness led classes are exilirating in that they combine the joy of dance with the benefits of a full body workout. This high energy class is designed to get your heart pumping, your body moving and your mood lifted!
